Welcome to Dream.bet. These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and services. At DreamBet, we ask that you read this document carefully before registering an account, as it sets out the rights and obligations between you and us. By creating an account with Dream Bet, you confirm that you accept these terms in full.

Who We Are

Our platform is operated by NewEra B.V., incorporated under the laws of Curacao, company number 157707, with its registered address at Scharlooweg 39, U.13, Willemstad, Curacao. Paysafe payments are processed by our service facilitator, NewEra Cyprus Limited, registered in Cyprus under number HE428202. We operate under licence No. OGL/2024/181/0181 issued by the Curacao Gaming Authority under the National Ordinance on Games of Chance. Eligibility and Restricted Territories

We provide our services primarily to customers in Canada, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Norway and Arabic-speaking markets, with a dedicated Canadian version available at our /ca path. We do not permit citizens of Myanmar, North Korea, Iran, Russia, China or the United States to access our services. We also restrict residents of numerous other jurisdictions, including Australia, the United Kingdom, France and its territories, Spain, and several others listed in our full restrictions policy. We reserve the right to refuse customers from any other country at our sole discretion.

At Dream Bet, we do not allow professional or amateur athletes, sports managers, coaches, team owners, team employees, referees or league officials, nor their families and relatives, to open an account or participate in any of our games, including live dealer and slot games.

Account Registration

We require every customer to register a single account. You may not open multiple accounts under your own name, nor share your household address, e-mail, payment account number, IP address, cookies or device with another registrant. Where we identify duplicate accounts, we will close them and forfeit any associated bonuses, free bets and winnings. We at DreamBet verify that deposits are only made using payment methods lawfully belonging to you.

Deposits and Currencies

We accept EUR and CAD on our platform, with other currencies offered on geo-specific versions where bonus amounts are quoted as the euro equivalent. Our minimum deposit to qualify for the welcome bonus is 20 EUR / 20 USD, or 30 CAD on the Canadian version. Our accepted deposit methods include Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, ecoPayz, MuchBetter, Rapid Transfer, Interac, MiFinity, bank wire, prepaid cards and cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin. Available methods may differ depending on your market.

Withdrawals

We process withdrawals only to the account from which the original deposit was made, and we may require a specific method or reverse the deposit rather than process a new withdrawal. Our standard withdrawal limit is 5,000 EUR or the equivalent per 7 consecutive days, though VIP customers may be granted higher limits. The maximum winnings payable of any kind are 100,000 EUR per day; any amount above this may be deducted within 30 days of the event.

Before any withdrawal, deposits must be rolled over 5 times. Settled sports bets at odds of 1.6 or higher count toward this requirement; running bets, cash-out bets, draws, cancelled, refunded and denied bets, and minimum-risk casino bets do not. Where rollover requirements are unmet, we may refuse the request or charge an administrative fee of up to 8%. We also apply a fee of up to 8% where several withdrawals are requested within a 30-day window.

Funds marked as bonus money, or stuck in an aborted game, cannot be withdrawn, and you may not request a withdrawal while a bonus remains active. We may pay large withdrawals in instalments, and bank charges or processing fees may apply. Our DreamBet team reviews every withdrawal request individually, and the time required for approval varies according to the method used and verification requirements.

Verification and Documentation

We require identity verification for every withdrawal. We may request photographs of both sides of your identity card, driving licence or passport, along with proof of address such as a bank statement or utility bill no older than 6 months (mobile phone bills are not accepted). We may also request proof of your payment method, such as a copy of your card showing the first six and last four digits, your name and expiry date with the CVV hidden, or proof of e-wallet ownership. In some cases, we may request notarised identity verification, source of wealth, source of funds or political status documents.

Welcome Bonus and Promotions

Our welcome casino bonus, activated with promo code DRWEL200 on your first deposit, offers 100% up to 200 EUR on our euro version and 100% up to 300 CAD on our Canadian version. The code must be entered on the deposit page before your deposit is processed; once a deposit is made without it, we cannot add the bonus retroactively. Our wagering requirement is 40 times the deposit plus bonus amount, to be completed within 21 days, after which the bonus and any related winnings are voided. The maximum bonus conversion is 10 times the awarded bonus amount.

While a bonus is active, the maximum bet permitted is 12 EUR / 12 USD, or 18 CAD on the Canadian version, or 5% of the given bonus, whichever is lower. We consider bets with minimal or no risk, and wagers placed using the Gamble feature on slots, as bonus abuse, and such wagers do not count toward wagering requirements. Our wagering contribution rules apply as follows: slots, scratch, classic and fun games contribute 100%; roulette other than live contributes 10%; live casino games, blackjack, video poker, craps, baccarat and multiplayer games contribute 0%.

We also offer a monthly reload bonus of 50% up to 200 EUR / 300 CAD, a weekly cashback of 10% on net casino losses credited every Monday, and various tournaments including the Spinoleague prize pool and the Gamzix Spin Express. At DreamBet, we only permit one sports bonus and one casino bonus active at any given time, and real money balances are used first whenever a promotion is active.

Game Types and Wagering Contribution

Our DreamBet casino offers slots, table games, jackpots, Megaways, bonus buy and book slots, alongside live casino, bingo, a poker room and virtual sports. Account Inactivity and Closure

Where an account remains inactive for 6 consecutive months without deposits or play, we may terminate the account and forfeit the outstanding balance. You may request account closure no earlier than 90 days after your first successful deposit, and we will complete the closure within 60 days.
